Connects Hotline servers and Discord channels.

Relays one Hotline server's public chat and one Discord channel, both ways:

• Hotline → Discord through the channel's webhook, as the speaker (Name [Hotline]) with their Hotline icon as the picture (from the hlwiki icon set).

• Images: on servers with the inline media extension, a picture posted in Hotline chat arrives on Discord as an image, not as [image]. A Discord image within the server's limits goes the other way as an inline image, with its link for clients that can't show it.

• Discord → Hotline as chat lines: Discord | Name: message.

• Emoticons: Discord's emoji become the old ASCII faces Hotline can show (😀 :D, 😂 XD, 👍 (Y)); custom Discord emoji become image links; Hotline's faces show as emoji on Discord (:) 🙂). @everyone and @here never go through, and @Name from Hotline pings that Discord member.

• Optional web monitor: chat and who's online in MySQL, for the PHP pages in website/, which can also post into the chat.

This correctly encapsulates most of what I was working towards. I removed web-chat for now as moderating it isn't great, and I am itching to work towards something better. :) Wish me luck! In the mean time this is the mostly completed version in Alpha 1.0.0a
